The only personal information PixGL collects about you is information voluntarily supplied by you to PixGL. This means that you can visit our Web site and use certain portions of the PixGL service without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. However, to use other portions of the PixGL Service (“Service”), you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and mobile telephone number.
To gauge the effectiveness of our Web site and our Service, we do collect some aggregate information about you. For instance, our web servers automatically recognize a user’s domain name (such as .com, .edu, etc.), the web page from which a user enters our Web site, which pages a user visits on our Web site, how much time a user spends on the Service, what features of the Service are used, your use of wireless services, what equipment is used with the Service and other clickstream data. We aggregate this information and use it for business purposes such as evaluating and improving our Service. We may freely disclose this aggregate information to third parties.
Sharing personal information
We do not sell personal information obtained online about our users. Further, we will not voluntarily disclose the personal information provided to us online to anyone outside of PixGL or the third parties described below unless you consent to such disclosure, it is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of users, employees or property.
PixGL may provide you with the ability to register, log into, post or embed your PixGL-created content on, “like” or otherwise interact with your account and the content on our website using your existing social media accounts, such as through Facebook Connect, Facebook “Like” buttons, your Twitter account and otherwise. These features may enable integration and/or access to your social media accounts. We do not control those social media services, your profiles on those services, modify your privacy settings on those services or establish rules about how your personal information on those services will be used. You and the social media service providers are in control of those issues, not PixGL. You are encouraged to read all policies and information on the applicable social media services to learn more about how they handle your information before using any such features made available to you via the PixGL application or Service. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions by any social media service provider or your use of features that come from their platform.
When you supply information to us for a specific purpose, PixGL uses the information for that purpose. We may also use the personal information as we would use the same information obtained off-line, for example, to evaluate your service needs and, with your consent, contact you regarding additional services that you may find useful. In addition, we may share your personal information with our affiliates, technical consultants, third party auditors and other third parties who make our Web site and Service available, enhance its functionality or provide associated services and/or who deal with you in processing your orders and/or delivering services. Please note that we reserve the right to transfer your personal information and other information to our successors in business and purchasers of the Web site or Service or associated assets.
Communications and opt out
If you provide your email address and/or mobile telephone number to PixGL, you expressly consent to receiving emails and/or SMS text messages from us. We may use email or SMS to communicate with our users, to respond to users’ emails, to confirm orders placed online and to send information that a user has requested or that otherwise relates to the Service. We will not send you third party information unrelated to the Service without your express consent.
If you receive an unwanted communication from us, you can simply reply and ask not to receive future messages. PixGL also gives you the option to remove your personal information from our list of active users completely. All unsubscribe or opt-out requests should be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. PixGL is not responsible for removing your personal information from the lists of any third party that has been provided your information in accordance with this policy.
In order to ensure that the information we maintain is accurate, PixGL gives users the option to change or modify their information previously provided. If you would like to change your information currently in our database, you may do so by emailing us at email@example.com or, if and when PixGL offers the ability for users to do so, by accessing and managing your account online. PixGL is not responsible for updating information contained in the lists of any third party that has been provided your information in accordance with this policy.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this policy at any time. If at any time in the future we plan to use personal information in a way that differs from this policy, we will post such changes here and provide you the opportunity to opt-out of such differing uses. Your continued use of our Web site or Service following the posting of any changes to this policy means you accept such changes.
PixGL’s Website may use “cookies” to improve our level of service to our users. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to your web or mobile internet browser when you view that web site on your computer or mobile phone. Your browser stores the information on your computer’s hard drive or on your mobile phone and when you return to that web site later, the cookie is transmitted back to the server that originally sent it to you. Cookies provide a way for a server to recall a previous request, previous registration, your log-in credentials, or to keep track of a transaction as it progresses, so that information does not have to be repeated. To be notified when you are about to receive a cookie, you can configure your browser to alert you when a web site is attempting to send you a cookie and at that time you will have the option of refusing the cookie.
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our Service. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Only those employees and contractors who need access to your personal information in order to perform their duties are allowed access to your personal information. Protection for children
We have no intention of collecting personal information from children under the age of 13.
